1. Preparation before starting

Two. Open the machine

First open the power switch, the power indicator light, press the "motor start" button, the motor starts, the hydraulic pump is in the empty load cycle state.

Three. Automatic operation

1. The "working state selection" switch is placed in a semi-automatic state. At this point, the equipment is in the automatic mode, and the production process usually uses automatic mode.

2, the raw material is uniformly added into the model cavity according to the technological value.

3, both hands press the "hands running" button at the same time, the slide block is fast, after the setting limit is reached, the slide block is slow, and the upper and lower grinding tools are closed and pressed.

4. After setting the set time, the sliding block is discharged by the return pressure. After the press reaches the highest position, the product is taken out.

Four. Manual operation

1. The "working state selection" switch is placed in a manual state. At this point, the device is in manual mode.

2, the raw material is uniformly added into the model cavity according to the technological value.

3, both hands press the "hands running" button at the same time, the slide block is fast, after the setting limit is reached, the slide block is slow, and the upper and lower grinding tools are closed and pressed.

4. After setting the setting time, press the opening button, the slide block return and pressure exhaust, after the press reaches the highest position. Press the "top top top" button to start, push out the product, the top ceiling lights, remove the pressure products, press the "top back" button to return until the top, lower display lights, complete set of actions.

Five. Shutdown

1, before shutdown, you must drop the slider, close with the rigid grinding tool, press the "motor stop" button to close the oil pump and turn off the power switch.

Six. Maintenance and maintenance

1, the working oil is used to wear anti wear hydraulic oil, and the ambient temperature is within the range of 15 ~40 C.

2, the oil should be strictly filtered until the oil tank is added.

3, the working oil is replaced once a year, and the first time should not be more than three months.

4, lubricating oil should be often injected into the slider. The surface of the column and plunger should be kept clean, and the oil should be injected before each work.

5, under the nominal pressure 100T, the maximum concentration of the load is allowed to be 24mm. If the eccentricity is too large, it is easy to pull or appear other bad phenomena on the column.

6. A pressure meter was checked every half year.

7. The machine is not used for a long time. It should be scrubbed and coated to rust oil.

Seven. Safety operation rules

1, do not know the machine structure performance or operating procedures should not be unauthorized to drive the machine;

2. In the process of working, the machine should not be overhauled and adjusted, and the human body should be prohibited from entering the working area.

3, when the machine finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable operation, loud noise, vibration, etc.), we should stop and analyze the causes, and try to exclude the disease from being put into production.

4. Not overloading or exceeding the maximum eccentricity;

5, strictly prohibit the maximum stroke exceeding the slider;

6. The grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.
